This beautiful Hangar Home was built in 2002 and still has a gently-used look and feel. Up the stairs from the workshop is a very long and spacious storage area/work space, which is the envy of any packrat or hobbyist. Currently, we use part of this upstairs area as a workout room and there is still LOTS and LOTS of storage space available.

All of this sits on one acre, with plenty of mature trees, a taxiway with runway access, an aerobic septic system with six sprinklers, a separate sprinkler system for the front yard and a stone/steel fence with automatic gate that surrounds the house/hangar and about half of the property.

Propwash is a public access airport (privately owned by the residents) with a 3000 ft paved runway (50 ft wide)., runway lights, tower beacon, etc.
